In principle at any time, distinction between ordinary and extraordinary withdrawals
Most of the criteria for payout under pillar 3a (UBS Fisca) constitute ordinary reasons for withdrawal
Ordinary withdrawals: preferential conditions still apply
Extraordinary withdrawals: retrospective charge of half the interest credited together with all issuing
commissions and custody account fees payable is levied on the withdrawal amount
Free of charge – annually as at December 31
Free of charge – overview of preferential conditions – annually as at December 31
• Deposits: up to twice the amount deposited in UBS Fisca (incl. UBS Fiscalife) in the same calendar year
• Preferential conditions: same preferential interest rate as for UBS Fisca account and investments in selected
UBS funds. Issuing commission and custody account fees waived
• Taxes: Deposits are not tax deductible. Capital and income are subject to regular taxation. If there is an extraordinary withdrawal, the income tax paid on interest income in the previous years cannot be reclaimed.
If, however, the assets were invested in units of UBS funds, there are no tax disadvantages
