ENVIRONMENTAL PROJECT COORDINATOR InDepth Corporation is seeking a full-time Project Coordinator for our Environmental Division in our San Diego, CA office. InDepth is an environmental, munitions response, geophysics and data management consulting firm committed to providing our clients with exceptional quality and service. The role of Project Coordinator is a direct extension of this commitment and frequently involves project support, coordination of documents and project schedules, and providing critical support to our technical efforts. This position is a multi-faceted role providing support to the environmental technical staff and includes aspects of project/document administration, project task and deliverables scheduling, communication with internal/external clients and vendors, and invoicing and project deliverables production/delivery. Specific tasks include: Project Administration - filing documents - managing project e-mails, data, and correspondence - generating and managing tracking spreadsheets - setting up projects and coordinating with accounting - coordinating hardcopy and electronic deliverables and delivery tracking - processing contracts and amendments Project Scheduling - generating and tracking project schedules - interfacing with subconsultants and clients on non-technical issues - tracking of action items Project Communication - interfacing with internal/external clients and vendors - collaborating with the Project Delivery Team - communicating details about work schedules and task responsibilities with Project Managers - managing team correspondence Invoicing - reviewing vendor and subconsultant invoices - coordinating with accounting for invoicing ENVIRONMENTAL PROJECT COORDINATOR Qualifications At least 2 years of project coordination experience (preferably in the environmental/architectural/engineering consulting industry) Experience in prioritizing multiple tasks with competing deadlines Excellent time management skills and attention to detail Ability to work well independently and on a team to promote a collaborative and service-oriented working environment at all times Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills Proficiency in MS Office products (Word, Excel, and Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat Experience reviewing contracts/service agreements a plus Working knowledge of DelTek and Microsoft Project a plus InDepth offers a competitive salary and benefits package that includes: PTO, health, dental, vision, life and long/short-term disability insurance, 401k plan, and profit sharing.
