Quebec Final
This guide can be downloaded from the official Expo-sciences website or via the Steps tab in the
online registration system.
SOLO and DUO projects
To access the forms for the Quebec Final, the Conseil de loisir scientifique (CLS) must first
identify prizewinning projects in its region. Once the CLS has completed this step,
prizewinners can register their projects by following the steps below.
Browsing during the registration process:

If your browser is configured to block pop-up windows, you will have to authorize this site as an
exception.
Use the Return button in the online registration system to go to a previous page, not the arrows
(Back/Forward) on your Internet browser.
When registering online, to access the forms you need to complete, you can either click the
appropriate tabs, or use the registration status grid. It is important to periodically check the grid to view
the progress of your registration file.
Step 1 – Check the deadline
Check the deadlines calendar on the Expo-sciences website or under the Deadlines tab to find
out the deadline for online registration for the Quebec Final. You will not be able to make any
changes after that date. The site closes at midnight on the stated deadline date.
Step 2 – Sign in to / out of a session
To sign in to your session, enter your e-mail address and password.
Forgotten your password?
If you’ve forgotten your password, you can click “I already have an account, but I forgot my
password” and the system will send your password to your e-mail address.
To sign out of your session, click the Quit tab.
Step 3 – Complete the forms online
3.1 Super Expo-sciences – Thematic prizes (one per exhibitor)
Click the Other Forms tab. Click the Edit button corresponding to this form. Fill in the required
fields. Click Submit to save. Double-check the information displayed.

If the information is correct and no changes are needed, click Save.
If you need to change something, click the Return button, make your changes, click
Submit, and then click Save to confirm.

3.2 Super Expo-sciences – Thursday workshops (one per exhibitor)
Click the Other Forms tab. Click the Edit button corresponding to this form. Fill in the required
fields. Click Submit to save. Double-check the information displayed.

If the information is correct and no changes are needed, click Save.
If you need to change something, click the Return button, make your changes, click
Submit, and then click Save to confirm.
3.3 Super Expo-sciences – Friday activities (one per exhibitor)
Click the Other Forms tab. Click the Edit button corresponding to this form. Fill in the required
fields. Click Submit to save. Double-check the information displayed.

Super Expo-sciences – Future meetings (one per exhibitor)
Click the Other Forms tab. Click the Edit button corresponding to this form. Fill in the required
fields. Click Submit to save. Double-check the information displayed.

If there are no changes to be made, click Save.
If you have to modify information, click the Return button and make the necessary
changes, then click Submit again and Save to confirm.
3.5 Super Expo-sciences – Medical File Authorization (one per exhibitor)
Click the Other Forms tab. Click the Print button for this form and follow the instructions in Step
5.
3.6 Super Expo-sciences – Participation Authorization – ONE PER PROJECT
SOLO Project: Click the Other Forms tab under Project Forms. Follow the instructions in Step
4.3.
DUO Project: Exhibitor 1 – Click the Other Forms tab under Project Forms.
Follow the instructions in Step 4.3 for Exhibitor 1 and Exhibitor 2.
Step 4 – Print the Forms
You must save some of the forms on your computer and print, sign and mail them.
4.1 Print the Super Expo-sciences – Thematic Prizes form
Return to the Other Forms tab to print the Super Thematic Prizes form. Collect the required
signatures. You must mail this form to your regional CLS with all other forms requiring
signatures. The CLS will send the duly signed documents to the Conseil de développement du
loisir scientifique.
4.2 Print the Super Expo-sciences – Medical File Authorization form
Go back to the Other Forms tab to print this form. Collect the required signatures. You must
mail this form to your regional CLS with all other forms requiring signatures. The CLS will send
the signed documents to the Conseil de développement du loisir scientifique.

4.3 Print the Super Expo-sciences – Participation Authorization form ONE PER
PROJECT
SOLO Project: Return to the Other Forms tab to print the participation authorization form.
Collect the required signatures. You must mail this form to your regional CLS
with all other forms requiring signatures.
DUO Project: Only Exhibitor 1 must print the participation authorization form, signed by both
exhibitors.
Return to the Other Forms tab to print the participation authorization form. Both
exhibitors must include the required signatures on the same form. You
must mail this form to your regional CLS with all other forms requiring
signatures.
The CLS will send the signed documents to the Conseil de développement du loisir
scientifique.
4.4 Optional printouts
If you want, you can print the other forms you’ve completed by returning to the Other Forms
tab.
Step 5 – Mailing
Make sure you’ve printed, signed and collected the required signatures for the three forms
required for all projects:
- Super Expo-sciences – Thematic Prizes
- Super Expo-sciences – Medical File Authorization
- Super Expo-sciences – Authorization to Participate
