Sir,the proposed clarification is very useful since when the land on which building is
constructed can not be transacted separately ,giving separate value to it shows inflated
asset value in balance sheet. So,treating whole cost of land and super structure as a cost
of the super structure is a best method because it also follows conservative approach.
