BECOMING AN IBO
You become an IBO once we have accepted your completed Independent Business Owner Application & Agreement and you have paid the Enrollment Fee. You are then entitled to buy ACN products at discounted IBO pricing, activate your Personalized Online
Store, sell products to make retail profits, and start building your business.
POSITIONS & QUALIFICATIONS
Every new IBO starts as a Team Trainer (TT). To advance to an earned position for the first time, IBOs must meet the PBV, GBV and Group Structure requirements for that position in one calendar month. QTTs, ETTs and ETLs have 30 days from their Start Date to
meet the requirements. Once an earned position is reached, you can maintain it by fulfilling the requirements described on page 2. To meet the Group Structure requirements, you can personally sponsor as many people as you want in any country in which
ACN operates. During the initial 2 month period following the new IBO’s start date, you have the flexibility to place them under another member of your group.

To be promoted to an earned position, an IBO must have the Personal Business Volume (PBV), the Group Business Volume (GBV) and the required group structure. Promotions to earned positions can occur at any time during
a calendar month. When an IBO qualifies for an earned position he/she is paid at that position until the end of the following calendar month.

MAINTAINING EARNED POSITIONS
Once you advance to an earned position, you can continue to be compensated at that position by satisfying the PBV and the lower GBV requirements specified below during a calendar month.
No Group Structure is required to fulfill the maintenance requirements.

PRODUCT BUNDLE BONUSES
If an IBO on your team buys a Product Bundle (Business Builder Bundle or Essential Bundle), you can earn a Product Bundle Bonus. The Directly Sponsored Product Bundle Bonus is paid to the sponsor of the new IBO.
- OPEN LINE Product Bundle Bonuses are earned when a new IBO that has been directly sponsored by an IBO in your downline purchases a Product Bundle, when the IBO making the purchase is under someone that
has not reached your earned position or higher.
- GENERATIONAL Product Bundle Bonuses are earned when an IBO in your organization purchases a Product Bundle and the IBO making the purchase is under someone who holds your earned position or higher. The
amount you receive depends on your earned position and the earned position held by the IBOs in between you and the IBO who purchases the Product Bundle.

RETAIL BONUSES
Earn a RETAIL Bonus when your Customers order directly from ACN using your Personal Online Store or when they order products by calling ACN Customer Service. The Retail Bonus is equal to the difference between the Retail
Price and Wholesale Price. Retail Bonuses are paid weekly, the week after a qualifying product has been paid for by the Customer.

TEAM COMMISSIONS
As an ACN IBO, your focus is on creating a large retail customer base, and on building a team of ACN IBO's who create a large retail customer base. In addition to retail profits from personally selling ACN products, you can earn
monthly commissions on everything your team members sell to their customers. As you successfully build your team and progress to higher ACN earned positions, your Commission earnings will increase. Commissions are
calculated as a percentage of the commissionable value (CV) assigned to each product. Commissions are not paid on Business Builder Product Bundles, Essential Product Bundles or Mobile Orders.

Open Line commissions are paid starting on your first level for as many levels in your team until one of the IBO's on your team reaches your same position. Generational commissions are paid below an IBO who reaches your same position, down to the
next IBO at your same position.
