Business Owner (IBO), you should set yourself a goal to learn the Compensation Plan in detail. The better you understand it, the better you will make

POSITIONS & QUALIFICATIONS
Every new IBO starts as a Team Trainer (TT). To advance to an earned position for the first time, IBOs must meet the PBV, GBV and Group Structure requirements for that
position in one calendar month. In order to be promoted to the position of Executive Team Trainer or above, you must first become a Qualified Team Trainer (QTT). QTTs,
ETTs and ETLs have 30 days from their Start Date to meet the requirements. Once an earned position is reached, you can maintain it by fulfilling the requirements described
on page 2. During the initial 2 month period following the new IBO’s start date, as the sponsor you have the flexibility to place them under another member of your group.

Promotions to earned positions can occur at any time during a calendar month. When an IBO qualifies for an earned position he/she is paid at that position until the end of the following calendar month.

MAINTAINING EARNED POSITIONS
Once you advance to an earned position, you can continue to be compensated at that position by satisfying the PBV and the GBV requirements specified below during a calendar month.
No Group Structure is required to fulfill the maintenance requirements.

HOW YOU CAN EARN COMPENSATION
All compensation as an IBO is based on the successful sale of ACN Products and Services.
RETAIL BONUSES ON PRODUCTS
You earn a Retail Bonus when your personal customers order products directly from ACN.
The Retail Bonus is equal to the difference between the Retail Price and Wholesale Price. Please refer to the Product & Service Listing for prices. Retail Bonuses are paid monthly.
FAST START BONUS FOR NEW IBOS
If you reach the position of ETT in the first 37 days following your start date, and have a minimum of £1,575 in Group Business Volume you will earn a bonus of £140!
For an overview of all current monthly Bonus Promotions, please refer to the monthly Bonus Promotions document available in the IBO Back Office. Any IBO that was moved during the sponsor placement period of
2 months is excluded from counting towards the Fast Start Bonus.
PERSONAL COMMISSIONS ON SERVICES
You will earn monthly Commissions on the personal Service customers that you personally acquire.
GROUP COMMISSIONS
You can also earn commissions on customer purchases of Products and Services in your group. A Commissionable Value (CV) is assigned to each Product and Service. See Product & Service Listing for
details. Commissions are calculated as a percentage of the CV. Commissions are not paid on Product Packs. Commissions for products are paid in the following month while commissions for services are
paid up to three months in arrears.

PRODUCT PACK BONUSES
If an IBO in your group buys a Product Pack, you can earn a Product Pack Bonus. If you personally sponsor someone who purchases a Product Pack, you can earn a bonus. This bonus is not cumulative with the
Openline or Generational Product Pack Bonuses.
OPEN LINE Product Pack Bonuses are earned when an IBO in your Open Line organisation (not under someone who has reached your earned position or above) purchases or sponsors someone who purchases
a Product Pack.
GENERATIONAL Product Pack Bonuses are earned when an IBO in your Group (under someone who holds your earned position or above) purchases or sponsors someone who purchases a Product Pack.
The amount you receive depends on your earned position and the earned position held by the IBOs between you and the IBO who purchases the Product Pack.
Product Pack Bonuses are paid weekly.
