Dear Scarlet Knights, As you may already know, Rutgers University-New Brunswick has partnered with EverFi whose mission is to help students address critical life skills such as alcohol abuse prevention, sexual assault prevention, and financial literacy in higher education institutions across the country. Each year more than 700,000 students complete these courses. As part of our comprehensive prevention program for new students, Rutgers requires you to complete the AlcoholEdu and Transit Financial Wellness online courses. This online education will empower you to make well-informed decisions about issues that affect your college years and beyond. AlcoholEdu and Transit will be available starting June 1. All incoming students are required to complete the first part of these online courses prior to attending New Student Orientation this summer and the second part prior to registering for spring semester courses later this fall.
