For our Marketing Department based in Signy (Canton Vaud), we are currently looking for a Manager, Regional Marketing (ref: web: CH/MRM/MKTG/64) The incumbent is responsible for all aspects of marketing for our software driven solutions portfolio. He/she will be a key driver in bringing our blood management solutions software into value added customer offerings across the blood management value chain. He/she creates and executes the marketing strategies and customer programs that differentiates our offering with the aim to increase market penetration and profitability across the EMEA region. The successful candidate acquires deep market and customer understanding to develop a solutions driven offer, positioning and growth program. He/she orchestrates new software introductions to the market or existing offering into new markets and drives the development and implementation of the assigned offering marketing plan. Responsibilities Lead the development and execution of regional marketing strategies and plan to achieve or exceed the business unit goals for the software portfolio in line with global and regional strategies. Define portfolio strategy and positioning within overall market context. Drive growth, adoption and market share of the software portfolio through marketing strategy definition and tactics implementation, including commercialization of new offers. Develop the marketing plan for the target markets from assessment of key trends, competitive activity to detailed action plans. Develop deep understanding of the software solutions market and competitive alternatives, understand clinical and economic drivers and evidence, assess overall market potential. Identify customers’ unmet needs pertaining to commercialized offering based on customer practice, competitive intelligence and analysis of market intelligence. Build awareness and customer retention plans. Develop competitive and evidence based selling initiatives and tools. Participate in the budget development (AOP) process and drive financial management of the marketing programs including resource use and ROI. Prepare regular reports. Education and Experience Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Business, or equivalent education 5+ years of experience in marketing with international healthcare industry required Software / solution marketing and/or solution selling experience required Experience implementing revenue / pricing models for software / solutions and commercialization of new software / solutions Experience working in a complementary manner with other product categories to determine and provide an integrated customer offer. Experience working with process related solutions and stakeholders determining the acceptance and integration of software solutions in a variety of medical customer settings (national to local /hospital institutions) Project/program management experience Fluent English; French or/and Germany fluent, any additional European language is an asset Action oriented with the ability to drive for results Ability to effectively influence and collaborate with multiple stakeholders. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to develop strong relationships with customers, and multi-functional partners.
