ST. LOUIS — August 7, 2013 — Robert H. Chapman, Chairman
and CEO of Barry-Wehmiller Companies, Inc., is pleased to
announce the promotion of Jeffrey S. Hanson to the position of
Vice President of International Finance. With 25 years of

Currently, about 35 percent of Barry-Wehmiller’s revenue is from

to 50 percent in the next five years.
“Jeff’s achievements in creating a financial structure to support
our strategic initiatives internationally have added significantly to
our global development,” Chapman said. “Through his
leadership, Barry-Wehmiller is poised to substantially grow our
international presence.”
As the Vice President of International Finance, Jeff is responsible for leading Barry-Wehmiller’s international trade
financing team; oversight of international treasury management, management of all foreign exchange
transactions; and oversight of European statutory accounting requirements.
“Jeff’s knowledge in providing international trade products and services has allowed us to realize considerable
expansion, both organically and through acquisitions, in Europe, the Middle East and the Pacific Rim,” stated Jim
Lawson, Barry-Wehmiller Vice President and CFO. “His accomplishments throughout the last seven years
demonstrate that he is a vital member of our corporate finance team.”
Hanson joined Barry-Wehmiller in 2006 as the Director of International Finance. Since that time, he completed
more than $100 million in trade financing transactions for the company. Fluent in both Spanish and Chinese,
Hanson has more than 25 years of international business and finance experience, having held positions in
Europe, Asia and Latin America. He has a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Montana in
Missoula and a Master of International Management from the American Graduate School of International
