This Read for RNIB Day quiz can be photocopied and each sheet sold to friends, family, colleagues and neighbours for £1 each (or whatever you think you can get away with!)

It is probably best to set a deadline for return of the forms and provide a small prize for the winner. In the case of a tie, how about picking the winner out of a hat?
