English II Summer Work: The Holt Reader
To the student:
The Holt Reader you have been provided will provide you great reading experiences over the
summer that will have you ready for English II on the first day of class.
It is very important that you read and complete all given assignments. To complete each, be
sure to fully complete all SIDE BAR work and any graphic organizers and quiz/vocabulary work
at the end of each selection. This work will be graded and quizzes will be given on several
