Body composition – ratio of lean body weight (muscle, skin, bones, etc) to the amount of fat in the body (body fat percentage) 2. Sport related fitness a. Your ability to participate in specific sport(s), based on physical fitness and skills Your paper needs to touch on each of these subjects, describe where you think you are and where you would like to be. The last part of your paper should describe your goals and what types of things you will need to do to accomplish these goals. This paper needs to be a minimum of a half page in length, but it has to cover all areas described above for full credit, therefore papers may be longer that a page. You will also need to put together a 5-day fitness program that can be used for the rest of the quarter. If you are in athletics and you want to put in some things that are drills or other activities to aid in your improvement in that sport please feel free to do so. The assessment/Goals paper and the lifting program will be due Friday, February 5, 2010 at the beginning of class.
