Vacancy Description: A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an Artworker to join our exciting studio set in
the East Midlands. Champions (UK) plc are an award winning national brand agency with a vast wealth of
capabilities and services offered to each and every valued client.
Through hard work, experience and energy we have established ourselves as a dynamic, passionate and
professional organisation. We offer clients the ‘complete solution’ and a diverse range of professional
services including: Creative, Marketing, PR, Events and Celebrity Management.
Based in our purpose built offices in Leicestershire (close to both Nottingham & Loughborough), the
successful applicant will be required to support and work alongside a creative team including 4 designers
and 1 senior designer. You will also be required to work closely with our web developers, copywriters and
SEO team on a number of different internal & external projects.
The role involves artworking & amends on a variety of projects for both Champions (UK) plc and our
clients; including magazine articles, advertising, new business proposals/tenders, brochures, event
collateral etc. This role would suit a recent Graphic Design graduate or apprentice looking to get their foot
in the door and build a long lasting career in a thriving creative business.
Requirements:









Good experience in Adobe Creative Suite, proficient in CC2014 and all the usual mac software
Good communication skills to ensure the tasks you are set run smoothly and are delivered to
deadline
A good understanding of brand and corporate guidelines
Good attention to detail & accuracy
Good collaborative skills; you will be dealing with all levels of personnel, and must be able to
work in a team environment
Ability to work to tight deadlines & in a fast paced environment
Methodical approach to archiving images and artwork.
Experience in creating digital art and assets (such as web banners/social media graphics).
A good all round understanding of print processes would be a suitable asset
