A collaboration of education professionals who have demonstrated excellence,
leadership, and achievement by adopting industry best practices to rank within the
top 20th percentile of their education segment for top key performance indicators.
WHO ARE CAMPUS CHAMPIONS?
When an educational institution is recognized for superior performance, there is typically one individual
championing that success. We call these people our Campus Champions. The Campus Champions
program was created to recognize the individuals and the institutions who are performing at the top of
their peer class. From achieving results by adopting industry best practices, leading change by motivating
their teams and succeeding in transforming their operations to go from good to great.
In order to determine who our champions are,
we comb through terabytes of data, remove
outliers, compare monthly and yearly trends,
and compile Key Performance Indicators. The
champions we select are above or near the top
20% in their respective KPIs for their market
segment.

CHARACTERISTICS OF A CAMPUS CHAMPION
Campus Champions are identified as top performing institutions based on operational performance data.
They are also key thought leaders who are generating the most savings for their schools in both time and
money and sharing those best practices with their peers. Some typical savings include:

CAMPUS CHAMPIONS ARE ENGAGED AND INVOLVED
Members of the Campus Champions program interact in multiple ways to allow other
peers to network and learn from them.
▶ Online Community: Champions regularly participate in the SchoolDude online community
answering questions posted by peers, as well as joining in on discussions and offering expert advice.
▶ Reference and Referral: Our Champions are contacted often as a reference for other schools who
have not yet joined the SchoolDude family or by peers who are considering increasing operational
productivity and cost savings.

▶ Thought Leadership: Champions assist the SchoolDude team in new product testing, enhancement
evaluation, and overall concept and idea discussions.
ANNUAL CAMPUS CHAMPIONS CLASS
Each year an evaluation will be conducted to determine who will join our annual class of Campus
Champions. There are a total of six categories a school may be nominated for and many will be selected in
multiple categories. The individual Champion is then identified for each category the school is nominated.
