This project is proposed by Yingkou Roadside Flower Perfect Beverage Co., Ltd., which has
produced many kinds of fruit juice, among that the fruit beverage series with the brand of Roadside
Flower are most welcomed. In order to further expand the market share and create more benefit, the
company plant to take advantage of foreign investment to expand the production scale, enhance
product quality, increase product varieties and realize the continuous development of the company.

4. Market Prediction:
As people’s living standard enhances greatly, their requirement on the quality of fruit beverage also
rises. The high grade fruit juice and beverage in the project not only can satisfy this requirement but
also can be exported to other countries. At present, the Roadside Flower beverage has remarkable
market share in Northeast China, where demands overpass the supply. So, the market prospect for
this product is promising.
5. Contents of Construction and Scale:
By using the present workshop and equipments, which are exported from Swiss and America, and
also the local raw material resources, the annual production capacity would be 50,000 tons all
kinds of concentrate fruit juice and 80,000 tons natural concentrated fruit & vegetable juice.
6. Economic Analysis:
Annual sales income is 15 million RMB, project construction period is 1 year and the project
pay-back period is 3 years.
7. Current Status of the Project:
This project has been approved and the feasibility study has been finished. The project is at present
under pre-project preparation and active investment promotion.

9. Brief Introduction to the Enterprise:
The contractor of this project is Yingkou Roadside Flower Perfect Beverage Co., Ltd., which is a
private owned enterprise. It covers an area of 67000 m2, including 7000 m2 construction area. The
employees of the company are 228, including 46 technicians. The annual production of all kinds
juice and beverage is 46000 tons, the annual sales income is over 10 million RMB. The fixed asset
of the company is 150 million RMB, and the registered capital is 110 million RMB.
