ELIGIBLE NATIONALITIES: Tanzanians ROLE OVERVIEW: Under general supervision, provides support to Human Resources Development senior staff in interfaces with operational and functional leadership. Performs initial investigations regarding sourcing, development and evaluation of internal and external processes and products. Evaluates needs analysis, co-ordinates and/or develops interventions and assists in their implementation planning and coordination. Job tasks, correctly performed, impact indirectly on cost containment, efficiency, profitability, or operations. KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY Assists with the assessment, development and implementation of interventions linked to specific business objectives and strategies. Co-ordinates logistics and presentation of interventions Interfaces with performance and functional leadership Assists in sourcing, development and evaluation of internal and external processes and products Participates in team activities; in critical needs analysis; intervention production and implementation; planning and coordination Assists in the assessment and evaluation of training, interventions and competencies. Compiles and present data regarding assessments of training interventions and competencies using learning management systems or similar tools. Promotes and co-ordinates self directed learning strategies including e-learning and distance learning processes and tools Maintains records of training activities and employee progress, and monitors cost/value effectiveness of programs REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES Education, Licensure, and Experience: Completion of undergraduate degree in human resources management, organizational Development, or similar disciplines. Undergraduate qualifications in Engineering. Minimum of Five (5) years of experience in eHuman Resources, Engineering and Business Development Ability to use Relational Database Management Systems (RDBMS).
