At 11:00 am, Saturday July 17,
Ms. Cau Tran was shot dead in her own kitchen as she held a Vietnamese
vegetable peeler in her hand by a San Jose Police Officer on July 13, 2003.
Rudy Cardenas was mistaken for a wanted parolee and was shot in the back
by a State Narcotics Agent while pleading for his life on February 17, 2004.
Rudy died at San Jose Medical Center on February 17, 2004.
