Note – Secondary School aged children are permitted to enter child or adult categories but 16 years+ must enter adult category.

3 people per team – one person to swim, one to cycle and one to run
Competitive Event - each team will be timed and best time over the 3 legs wins

Maximum of 24 teams allowed on the day - so get your entry in as soon as possible!
Note - Teams can also take part just for fun without being timed for the competition – This can be specified on the day at the Registration desk
