Hi everyone, Mid term break is almost upon us! Don’t forget that school will be closed this Friday 22nd May and Monday 25th May. On Wednesday, the school will be hosting a contact session and Australia’s Biggest Morning Tea. This is a fundraiser for the Cancer Council. Students are invited to bring along a gold coin so they can have a milo morning tea. There will also be a Contact Session running at the school on Wednesday and all are welcome. Kara is away this week at Lake Burrendong with Yr 6 students from Western Plains small schools for Yr 6 Leadership Camp. We look forward to hearing all about it when she returns to school on Thursday. Training for the Cross Country is going on full steam ahead. A note is attached to today’s newsletter with a lunch order and needs to be returned by Tuesday 26th May. Students may take their own lunch on this day if they do not wish to order it. Special Italian Tuckshop this week is Pumpkin Risotto for $3 Student of the Week This week goes to Bobby, for a huge effort with her literacy learning. Well done Bobby! Message for Week Commencing Monday 18th May 2015. It is very important that the there is a meeting to establish a P&C committee. Proposed date is Tuesday 19th May 2015 at 3pm. In short there needs to be names on a piece of paper to satisfy the NSW Association of which we are affiliated with. Pease can everyone attend.
