***I will be selling these books during the first two weeks of school (Aug. 10-21). If you
choose not to purchase the book through the school by this deadline, you will be responsible for
obtaining it on your own. All students will be responsible for completing weekly reading
assignments and quizzes associated with the book. When you come to pay for the book, please
bring cash or check for the exact amount. If you write a check, please be sure that the
following is written somewhere on the check: student’s name and “For Honors Biology
DITF”. I will collect book money each school day Aug. 10-21 in the morning from 8:05am
until 8:25am and in the afternoon from 3:30pm until 3:45pm. The first DITF quiz will be
Sept. 8, the Tuesday after Labor Day. After that, there will be one DITF quiz on the first day of
every week for the following sixteen weeks.
Spring Semester: ??? – There may be a second book that we read during Spring semester. If so, I will
let students know about it (and the cost) closer to Christmas break.
Parents, please look for important

home early next week.
