My Awesome Pocahontas Paper
The assignment is to write a comparative analysis of Disney’s Pocahontas. In essence,
this will be a discussion of what Disney got right and what they did wrong. Use the information
presented in class notes, John Smith’s journal reading, and any otheor handouts. Extra research is
not necessary, but it must be cited correctly according to MLA if done. Please do not discuss the
sequel to the movie or any other movie adaptations of this tale. Also, keep the comparisons on an
intellectual level. I do NOT want to read anything about talking trees or spontaneous acquisition
of a foreign language.
