1. Please keep this packet in a safe place.
2. Reports must be made from a book that the student can read by them self.
3. Students must complete and turn in a Book Report Information Sheet (provided by me) by the Friday before the book report due date. Turning in a complete Book
Report Information Sheet on time is one component of the grading rubric for book reports. The Book Report Information Sheet will require the following information:
The student’s name
Title of the book
Author
Illustrator
Date of original publication
Idea used for reporting (refer to list and give the corresponding number)
Due date (month, day, year)
4. Well-prepared reports should last at least 2 minutes. Presentations should not take longer than 5 minutes. Students should be able to tell about the book and the project that they made.
5. Each report must use a different way to present each time. You many choose a
number only once. Please keep track of the numbers you have chosen by crossing them off your list (or placing a check beside the number). February’s book report must be a biography and the students must choose #42 for the report.
