Arbitration Rules for Push, Pull, & Drag Vehicles
 All vehicles bought from the Push, Pull, and Drag Sale
are bought with the understanding that such vehicles
have been inspected to the buyer’s satisfaction.
 All sales of a Push, Pull, and Drag Vehicle are Final
and are sold ‘As-Is’.
 Dealers Auto Auction of the Rockies will assume No
Responsibility for the condition or equipment of a
Push, Pull, and Drag Vehicle.
 There will be No Arbitration for frame, mechanical,
odometer or keys. If there are no keys in the vehicle at
time of purchase, then it is assumed that no keys are
available.
 A Push, Pull, and Drag Vehicle can be arbitrated for
title issues.
