PRESSURE GAUGE USE FOR TESTING ADA DOOR WEIGHT COMPLIANCE
To use1) Scoot the rubber ring down to zero it out
2) Push/ pull the door first to break the air seal, then press the door and push it open
3) Read where the ring has stopped
Note- with practice you will learn the feel of compliant versus a heavy door. If your reading
doesn’t feel right to you, the ring may be a little bit twisted and not have gone the full distance.
If that is the case, just try again.

go for 0 to at least 25 lbs. not the 0 to 12 lb one because some doors are heavier than 12 lbs.
Other options:
Low tech option is a fish weighing scale.
High end option looks like a digital fish scale, but may only work as a pull gauge.
