Developed a completely new concept of wet tile saw for Canadian Tire and exceeded launch
forecast quantity by 5000 pieces in its opening week launch.
Successfully amalgamated two different cheque processing machines into one unified machine to
prolong the product life cycle, and generate new marketable features in order to stimulate sales
revenue.
Successfully developed and launched a new category of Mitre and Table Saw Stands to
Canadian Tire Corporation. This generated an additional uplift of $700K in retail sales
Developed and implemented a new internal corrective action procedure. Presented the new
procedure to Canadian Tire who adopted and rolled it out the specific category vendor base.
Managed and successfully launched a completely new hardware brand within Menard’s.
Consisted of over 15 new power tools, and 50 new power tool accessories.
