Fellow Compatriots:
November 7, 2005 and is a very important meeting for our Camp as we will elect the Officers for 20062008 term. In order to vote you must be a current Member of the Chester Station Camp # 1503. If you have
not paid your dues already then you will have to pay a reinstatement fee of $5 along with your regular dues
before the Meeting in order to be eligible to vote. The Candidates for Office are the following:

It is also time for us to appoint a Christmas Float Committee for the 2005 Kiwanis Christmas Parade. This
year's event will be held on Sunday December 11, 2005 at 2 p.m. The parade will proceed down Route 10,
as it did last year, in an East to West direction. Starting in front of the YMCA and finishing at Harrowgate
road / The Village Green.
The Dearing Beauregard Camp has extended an invitation to our Camp to attend the October 29 th
presentation of a “Soldier in Grey” a one man musical by the talented Stan Clardy. This production is one
that every Patriotic Southerner should see and a major part of proceeds are being donated to Huricane
Katrina victims.
Please come out and join us for another home cooked meal and real Southern Hospitality at
Gulliver’s/Crossflites on Monday, September the 12 th. Congregation at 6:30 and dinner is at 7:00. As
always any perspective member are welcome.
