Directions to the property: From Casper drive southwest on Hwy #220 for approximately
30 miles to the little settlement of Alcova. Turn left at the gas station & general store
(Sloanes General Store) and continue on that road (Kortes/Miracle Mile Road) for several
miles until you see the sign (“Pedro Mountain Ranches”). The land is I mile before this
sign on the west side of the road. Alcove Elementary school is just a few miles down the
road. Pathfinder Reservoir has a marina for fishing and recreation. Check with the local

and it is assumed that these permits were issued either as the result of filing for and
receiving a zone change or filing for and receiving a variance. Obviously the building of
any residence or cabin requires obtaining the necessary permits from the Carbon County
Planning Department and/or the Board of County Commissioners.<p>The terrain varies
