TOURNAMENT CONDITIONS
EVENT FORMAT
 All events will be played on hard courts.
 All events will be played on the weekends of 12 and 19/20 October
 Singles events are the best of 3 tie-break sets
 Doubles events are the best of 2 tie-break sets + MTB
 Events with insufficient entries may be cancelled or the format changed at the discretion of the
tournament committee.
CONDITIONS
 Only financial members of the Club may participate.
 Players may enter in a maximum of two (2) events
 All Championship seeding based on CTR’s
 TIMES OF PLAY
As per the draw
Alternative times will be negotiated for unfinished matches
 The draw will be available at the Club on Thursday (5.00 pm) before each weekend.
 Players are required to report to the match office at least 10 minutes prior to the drawn time
of their match.
 EXEMPTIONS will be granted at the discretion of the Tournament Committee
