Programming List
This is the list of programmes that have been commissioned for broadcast on the Rave Live channels this year both online and via a tradition TV broadcast. All deadlines for programme submission remain as :-
29/03/10 - All programmes will have finished filming and be in the post production stage.
16/04/10 - All programmes will submit for the QC process.
23/04/10 - All final checks will be made to the programmes.
28/04/10 - All content will be submitted to Matter for their own editorial checks.
CHANNEL 1:-
Rave Live Debate -
The future of the Digital Media industry (Working Title)
This programme will be one of the main focuse of the Rave Live event as representatives from differing areas of the professional industries will discuss recent changes inn the world of digital media and design principles. This will take the form of a panel debate that will encourage participation fro audience members who have similar professions and expertise. The focus of this programme is to engage delegates with information relevant to their professions.

Rave Live Awards Show
This programme will aim to recognise the talents of the students of
Ravensbourne from various different areas and projects. Each category will represent and reward the different areas students have excelled in throughout the Rave Live event.

Rave Live Link (Working Title)
The Link Show has been apart of countless Ravensbourne events and this year we will be looking to integrate the interests of the delegates at the event as well as display our ability to host a large musical event. This programme will cover all the different areas of the Rave Live event as well as promote the participation of our guests.

This programme will be a short and light hearted cooking show that will take place within Room 2 at Matter. More information will become available once the format has been adapted as well as clearance has been grated to put on this live show.

Political Satire (Working Title) - Mocumentary
This programme focuses on the perception of political correctness in our society from politics, sexuality and race. It intends to approach figures from different areas of society to get their opinion of modern
‘PC culture’ but in a light-hearted way.

Tag Rugby - Sports Documentary Series
Tag Rugby is a series of 5 minute episodes focusing on the sport of
Rugby related to a group of people that bring the sport to people that normally woul dn’t have the chance to be a part of it. There will be 4 episodes in this series.

Millennium Gunslingers - Sci-Fi Interactive Drama
This programme is a hard edged science fiction drama that begins and ends the same but has three separate narratives that can be followed. Audiences are introduced to the characters prior to the show being broadcast which allows them the chance to pick with character strand they would like to follow.

Magic Man - Psychological Drama
This programme follows an introverted office worker and his clash of conscience when dealing with his egotistical and tormenting boss.
When the woman he fancies his harassed by this man he reacts by planning an accidental death. Throughout it is the mans internal battle of right and wrong that pushes the stories events.

Trip to Romania - Documentary

Real life documentary from the POV of a Ravensbourne student who had been raised in the UK but who’s origins and background could be found in Romania. This programme follows the young mans journey to Romania to find the mother he had never met before.
This is an emotional documentary that shows the real humanity behind a persons need for family.

HD Camera SloMo (Working Title) - Demonstration
This programme doesn’t follow any narrative structure and instead sets out to display the various techniques that can be used to create slow and fast motion video recordings with the use of various different subject matters.

Talent Showdown - Live / Pre-recorded talent show
This programme looks to create a fresh take on how audiences interact with the modern, popular talent show. It takes away judges and panels and shows nothing but the acts which the audience can decide on as the audition stages progress. This ends in a live final at
Rave Live, again, encouraging audience interaction.

Chatty Lunch - Studio Magazine Programme
This programme is a light hearted style of magazine programme that looks at the work certain celebrities do for charity. Currently the Producer is in the process of clearing the participation of Joanna
Lumley and Joe Pasquale among others.

Woman - Comedy
This programme focuses on vanity and ego with a very clever and funny tilt. A male model is conceited, vain and totally oblivious to how rude and horrible he is to others, especially women. That is until he offends a voodoo witch by mistake and she turns him into a woman. This follows his/her journey to acceptance of himself and others.

Midsummer Night Fruits - Comedy
This programme is described as a play within a paly within a drama

Programming List within a comedy. It is a modern adaptation of Shakespeare’s, A
Midsummers Night Dream. It pokes fun at itself and its characters to make sure that the audience will go away smiling.

Ben & Harry’s Generic Comedy Show - Comedy Sketch Show
This programme will compile a series of sketchs that link together in the same way as Big Train and The Fast Show. The current format of the show is a 10 minute continuous piece but this may be broken up into shorter segments to fit between other programmes.

Facing Fears - Mocumentary / Drama
This follows a woman who finds out her daughter has a serious medical condition and needs to find the best treatment right away.
To raise money to help get her daughter to the best doctors she possibly can she enters a game show called ‘Facing Fears’. This is big issue for the mother as she has many phobias but after participating she discovers the show is fake as well as the prize money. Frome here she has to come to terms with what has happened to her as well as her daughter.

Keiyaku - Thriller / Noir / Romance
This programme is the story of a hitman who is searching for a woman who is involved in both his past and that of his enemies. It will integrate elements from multiple genres as well as include animated sequences throughout the narrative to represent different things. It will be broken into three sections each five minutes long and will serve as a trilogy with many different twists.

Bicycle Tour - Comedy Drama
This programme is a short that follows a group of tourist as they are led around a city in which their tour guide grew up in. As the story progresses the tour guide becomes more and more unstable as he begins to react to different sits around the city that have a connection to past experiences in his own life.

Life of a Handbag - Documentary
This is a programme that has already been made which looks at the inner workings of a fashion designers who specialise in making

Programming List handbags. This programme cleverly mixes creativity using the filming technique, additional graphics to strengthen the subject matter.
