to be held in Sutter Creek, California, on Sunday, June 2nd, 2013
All parade entries must be post-marked by FRIDAY MAY 24, 2013

$15.00 ENTRY FEE
Notification of acceptance of you or your group will be forth coming
upon receipt of your entry. Position numbers, parking and other
necessary information will be sent to you prior to the parade date of

The parade will start promptly at 10:30 a.m.
Failure to comply with special rules and instructions from the parade committee could result in disqualification.
1 1/2 minute time limit at each announcing stand, with reverse motion permitted in these areas only.
All units must maintain approximately 50 paces from unit ahead. Forward motion at all times, except in assigned areas
announcing stands).
Entrants must have full control of vehicles or animals at all times. All equestrians must remain at the SOUTH end of Main
Street until advised by officials. The parade committee reserves the right to reject any entry not in keeping with the dignity of
the parade.
No alcoholic beverages in the line of the parade. No candy thrown from any vehicle in the parade route.
Motorcycle groups are limited to 40 cycles. Trucks and automobile groups are limited to 10 vehicles.
RELEASE & WAIVER
In consideration of acceptance of this application, the undersigned (and if the undersigned is a group, each and every member of
the undersigned) participating in the 132nd Italian Picnic Parade agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Italian Benevolent
Society, a California Non-profit Corporation, and each, and every and all of their officers, directors, members, agents, servants, and
employees, of and from (a) any and all loss, liability or damage arising out of any personal injury or property damage occurring to
any third person or entity arising out of, directly or indirectly, the participation of the Applicant (or/and individual of which the
Applicant is comprised) in the 132nd Italian Picnic Parade. The Applicant assumes all risks incurred. The undersigned
represents the Applicant and is authorized to execute this release and waiver on behalf of all persons which Applicant is comprised.
