Guide to Cedar’s Journal Entry Workflow
Journal entry Workflow is a method of automatically emailing
Specified ‘authoriser’s’ to post a journal.
During the testing of this feature we have not used the ‘Authoriser’ feature on the
journal header, this means it is optional to use workflow and you can choose who
you want to email your request to post the journal.

1. Complete your journal as normal
Leave blank
With the Journal open, click on the new ‘Workflow’ icon
This will open a new window:
at the top of the screen.
Choose the appropriate person and click on OK to send email.
