CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order at 7:00 pm
READING OF NPC CREED
We, as Undergraduate Members of women’s fraternities, stand for good scholarship, for
guarding of good health, for maintenance of fine standards, and for serving, to the best
of our ability, our college community. Cooperation for furthering fraternity life, in
harmony with its best possibilities.
We, as Fraternity Women, stand for service through the development of character
inspired by the close contact and deep friendship of individual fraternity and Panhellenic
life. The opportunity for wide and wise human service, through mutual respect and
helpfulness, is the tenet by which we strive to live.

• platforms: student experience ( union upgrade, retail area, post office, red box),
add another library in the union, charging station, and better study areas, move the
resources to the more purpose classrooms, create more equal opportunities for
organizations

Alpha Chi Omega: past sunday feb. 3rd meeting with advisor board, chapter advisor
visit next week, philanthropy to- 1 billion rising feb. 14th at 5pm(get up and dance for
domestic violence awareness)
Alpha Delta Pi: will be hosting province director coming this Saturday Feb. 9th
Alpha Xi Delta: National officer training was this past weekend in Indianapolis, Feb. 15th
is the Spring Bid day
Chi Omega: just had initiation this past weekend, firesides in memphis this weekend
Delta Delta Delta: gave out 5 COB bid cards tonight, pizza party tomorrow for COB’s
Gamma Phi Beta: exec council regional leadership conference in KC Feb. 8th-10th,
55th anniversary is Feb. 16th
Gamma Rho Lambda: beginning spring recruitment Feb. 4th-17th , applying for national
awards, got a new advisor Melina Fritch
Kappa Alpha Theta: COB, event tonight, Spring Bid Day Friday
Kappa Delta: Shamrock event March 2nd-3rd ( dinner on the 2nd and basketball
tournament on the 3rd) ,past weekend official visit from nationals march 1 and 2
Kappa Kappa Gamma: will be attending Zeta Province in Lawrence KS Feb. 8th-10th,
looking forward to hosting their Leadership Consultant Feb. 10th - 15th
Pi Beta Phi: Pi Phi Bowties March 1st
Sigma Kappa: gave out 9 COB through COB events on Tues/Thurs
Zeta Tau Alpha: formal pledging on wed. Feb 16th , brunch sunday for them and
hosting a leadership consultant this week
