1-29 Chapter Three Program Management The Program Management chapter is directed toward the district’s technical personnel. Described in the following pages are the facilities that allow the technical staff to define batch and on-line programs to TERMS. In addition, a narrative may be attached to each program giving a brief explanation of the program functions and features. All programs created by EDR will be delivered with definitions and narratives. The definition of a batch program includes assigning sort sequences and optionally securing on record authority fields to prevent the selection of records not owned by the user.
