Technical Writer（技术文档撰稿）
Responsibilities:
 Create and edit product documentation according to company guidelines, including printed
materials, electronic help, and other forms of documentation
 Send documentation through review and implement feedback
 Collaborate with content experts to learn about products
 Meet with technical communications group leaders to discuss documentation content
 Prepare information for publishing
 Evaluate industry tools and trends
 Work with project managers and engineers to improve the usability of documentation
 Troubleshoot help systems as they are integrated into products
 Research new solutions to improve existing processes
Requirements:
 Bachelors or Masters degree; English, Technical Communication, or other major with
English writing-intensive component and/or science/technology emphasis
 Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills - must provide samples of
excellent writing skills
 Strong interest in, and comfort with, technological subject matter
 Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail with ability to handle multiple projects
and priorities
 Persistence and initiative to learn
 Prior hands-on experience working with computers (hardware and/or software)
 Ability to work effectively in a group environment
Software Engineer（软件工程师）
Responsibilities:
 Carrying out each step in software life cycle including requirements analysis, designing,
coding, and testing
 Engaging in research and development of innovative and high quality software products for
measurement and automation
 Staying current with the state-of-the-art and cutting-edge technology; applying the latest
techniques in software projects
 Diagnosing and debugging problems with your product or interactions with other NI
products
 Writing and reviewing product documents for end users in English
 Taking on short-term training in the United States for product development process
Requirements:
 Bachelor or above in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related
 Excellent grade
 Strong ability to solve problems and work independently
 Thorough understanding of the following concepts and principles:

Operating system components and design

Computer system architecture and organization

Data structures

Development methodologies including object-oriented analysis and design
 Good team work and understanding of communication
 Proficiency in both written and spoken English
Signal Processing Software Engineer（信号处理软件工程师）
Responsibilities:
 Engage in research and development of innovative and high quality math, signal processing
and simulation software products
 Carry out and manage each step in the software life-cycle - requirements analysis, design,
coding, testing
 Work with Marketing and Sales department, as well as other R&D groups, to identify,
define and propose projects
Requirements:
 Bachelor or Master Degree in EE or math
 Solid academic background
 Good team work and understanding of communication
 Proficiency in written and spoken English
 Excellent software programming skills
Special expertise in one of the following fields will be a plus:
 Electrical system (power electronic, motors) simulation
 Fixed-point signal processing
 Numerical analysis, symbolic computation, high performance computation
 Power quality monitoring
 Biomedical
Hardware Engineer（硬件工程师）
Responsibilities:
 Design board-level digital and/or analog hardware such as microprocessor-based circuits,
programmable logic devices, I/O interfaces, and high-performance front ends for A/D and
D/A systems
 Ensure manufacturability and testability of designed products
 Work with marketing, sales and other R&D groups to identify, define and propose projects
 Communicate with colleagues worldwide
Requirements:
 B.S. or M.S. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or related
 Strong understanding of digital electronics fundamentals including computer architecture
and programmable logic design and/or strong understanding of analog fundamentals
including transistors and operational amplifiers
 Excellent debugging and problem solving skills
 Qualities of initiative, persistence and teamwork
 Outstanding communication skills, with excellent oral and written English
 Willingness to travel to the US for work and training purposes
Applications Engineer / ELP (Engineering Leadership Program) Engineer（应用
工程师）
Responsibilities:
 Provide technical support to the customers via phone and email
 Configure and demonstrate virtual instrumentation systems to customers
 Conduct technical seminars and present customer training for NI Products
 Attend training at NI Headquarter in Austin, Texas, U.S.
 May be required to outstation to a certain region within China for field sales & technical
support
Requirements:
 Bachelor or Master degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or Instrumentation
 Be able to relocate anywhere as a technical sales in China as deem fit by the company
 Bilingual in English and Mandarin Chinese (CET6 or TOEFL 600 or above)
 Candidates should be interested in working directly with customers to help them solve
technical problems and learn how to apply our products to their applications
 Excellent technical training, speaking and writing skills
 Strong ability to solve problems and work independently
 Ability to travel 25% of the time
 Ability to learn new skills and assume new responsibilities
 Ability to work cooperatively in team environment
 Knowledge/experience of NI software or hardware is a plus
System Engineer – Xi’an（系统工程师 -常驻NI西安）
Responsibilities:
 Six months technical training in Shanghai
 Provide demonstration for NI China sales team

Provide system development and project association for NI China sales team and NI China
alliance member
Requirements:
 Resident in Xi’an
 Bachelor or Master degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or Instrumentation
 Excellent in Practical Ability. Experience of mechanical is a plus
 Interested in Measurement and Automation. Ability to learn new skills and assume new
responsibilities
 Strong ability to solve problems and work independently
 Ability to work cooperatively in team environment
 Proficiency in both reading and writing English (CET4 or above)
 Knowledge/experience of NI software or hardware is a plus
