You will choose a role to play at the feast (e.g. royalty, noble, peasants). Investigate and research your role carefully because you will be presenting yourself and your background at the feast before the rest of the guests and, most importantly, the King/Queen. You will present one item that relates to your role to the King/Queen as a token of your appreciation for the feast. It can be a song, a craft, an article of clothing, or a food item. Also be sure to tell the King or Queen how you influence and contribute to their Medieval society. Use the information we gathered in class along with any other evidence from books or the Internet. OR Time Travelling Archaeologist As a Time-Travelling Archaeologist, your task is to visit the Medieval Era, in a specific role, and return with 3 authentic artifacts. Until then, you will learn all you can about the Medieval time period so that you will know what to look for on your travels. On March 31, 2010, Lord and Lady Junickson will arrive to inspect the artifacts. You will be asked to present your artifacts for their approval, detailing what they are and why they are important to the Medieval society. A written report will also be submitted for their records.
