NOTICE OF MAKING DEFINITIVE MAP MODIFICATION ORDER

THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY BOROUGH OF WREXHAM
DEFINITIVE MAP AND STATEMENT OF PUBLIC RIGHTS
WREXHAM COUNTY BOROUGH COUNCIL (BRYMBO 112) DEFINITIVE MAP
MODIFICATION ORDER 2011
The above Order, made on 7 day of December 2011, if confirmed as made, will
modify the Definitive Map and Statement for the area by adding to them a restricted
byway, the public right of way from Glascoed Road in a generally south, south-east
direction to meet public footpath Brymbo 68 and upgrade to a restricted byway, the
public right of way from its junction with public footpath Brymbo 68 in a south, southeast direction to Cefn Road as described in the schedule below.
A copy of the Order and the Order map have been placed and may be seen free of
charge at the office of Wrexham County Borough Council, Guildhall, Wrexham and
the Post Office, High Street, Brymbo, from 9.00 am to 4.30 pm Mondays to Fridays.
Copies of the Order and map may be obtained free of charge from the Guildhall,
Wrexham.
Any representation or objection relating to the order must be sent in writing to Head
of Corporate and Customer Services, Wrexham County Borough Council, Guildhall,
Wrexham, LL11 1AY to be received not later than 27 January 2012 and applicants
must include particulars of the grounds on which it is made.
If no representations or objections are duly made to the order, or if any so made are
withdrawn, the Wrexham County Borough Council, instead of submitting the order to
the National Assembly for Wales, may itself confirm the order. If the order is
submitted to the National Assembly for Wales, any representations or objections
which have been duly made and not withdrawn will be sent with it.

DESCRIPTION OF PATH TO BE ADDED
A restricted byway commencing from Glascoed Road at point A (SJ 2673 5390) on
the Order Plan and continuing in a generally south south-east direction for
approximately 163 metres to meet Public Footpath Brymbo 68 at point B (SJ 2680
5375) on Order Plan 1 as attached to this Notice.
Width: Varying from 3.0 metres to 8.6 metres between point A (SJ 2673 5390) and
point B (SJ 2680 5375) as shown shaded grey on the Order Plan 2 (1876 Ordnance
Survey Map) as attached to this Notice.
Limitations: None
DESCRIPTION OF PATH TO BE UPGRADED
That part of Public Footpath Brymbo 68 to be upgraded to a restricted byway
commencing from point B (SJ 2680 5375) on the Order Plan and continuing in a
generally south south-east direction for approximately 225 metres to Cefn Road at
point C (SJ 2689 5355) on Order Plan 1 as attached to this Notice.
Width: Varying from 4.9 metres to 16.3 metres between point B (SJ 2680 5375) and
point C (SJ 2689 5355) as shown shaded grey on Order Plan 2 (1876 Ordnance
Survey Map) as attached to this Notice.
