Position Description Title: Reference Number: Classification: Division: Branch: Reports to: ANSZCO Code: Senior Zone Substation Planning and Performance Engineer 19/2012 Asset Management Asset Strategy and Planning Zone Substation Planning and Performance Manager POSITION OVERVIEW The primary purpose of this role is to assess the condition, capacity, utilisation and performance of ActewAGL’s zone substation assets; and to propose solutions 1 for managing zone substation assets based on life cycle costing principles – this includes decisions to replace, repair, and upgrade assets so as to balance investment with asset performance over the life of the asset. The role will also assist with the development of technical specifications and standards for zone substation assets as an input to the Technical Regulation ad Standards Branch.
