GRAD REHEARSAL and GRADUATION







Grad Rehearsal is Tuesday, June 25th, at 6pm at the Dartmouth Sportsplex. All graduates
need to attend rehearsal, so arrange your work schedules and other plans to make this
possible. Graduation gowns will be distributed following the rehearsal; students will sign them
out. Graduation gowns will not be available to be picked up on graduation day.
Grad gowns will have to be collected at graduation following the ceremony and shipped back to
the rental company immediately. We therefore recommend that students, upon receiving the
gowns at rehearsal, take their family photos after rehearsal and prior to grad ceremony, as they
will not be able to take the gowns home after graduation. Students will be permitted to keep the
hats and tassels as souvenirs.
The official graduation list will be posted on June 26th, Wednesday, by 10:00am. Students
who did not meet graduation requirements will be called prior to that. (Please make sure that we
have your correct phone number.)
Our Graduation Ceremony/Convocation is Wednesday, June 26th , at 2 pm at Dartmouth
Sportsplex. Students should arrive, with their grad gown, by 1:15 (the latest) and gather on the
running track to their “alphabet” station. (Students and families are reminded that the ceremony
is lengthy and will be between 2-3 hours and therefore should eat and replenish fluids before
arrival.) Families and friends will sit in the bleachers as the graduates and special guests will be
seated in the floor. Unlimited seating and no tickets necessary. No assigned seating.
Parking at Dartmouth Sportsplex is good but limited, therefore car-pooling is recommended.
Gowns will be collected (signed in) at the Sportsplex following the ceremony. If the gown is not
returned then, the family will have to pay for the cost of the return to the company and for any
damages or late fees.
You need to check the school website for all other graduation/prom information—NOTHING
will be mailed home.
TRANSCRIPTS , GRAD PHOTOS and the NEXT STEPS



____________
Please be advised that each graduate will be provided with three copies of his/her official
transcript- one sealed in an envelope and two others with the school seal in the graduation
package.
Graduates are reminded to mail or deliver a copy of their final transcript (which will be in your
graduation envelope that you receive on graduation day) to the university or college that they
will be attending. This should be done no later than the end of June.
Each grad will receive two 5x7 photos that will be taken by a professional photographer at the
ceremony. The photos (of graduation and prom) will be available for pick-up on Friday,
June 28th from 10:30am-12:30 in our school lobby. Grad photos that are not picked up then will
be available through our photographer, Dean Casavechia at 434-1119 or via
