Senior Prom Table Request Information:
-- Seniors attending the prom must report to room B084 immediately after-school
on May 17th to pick out your Prom tables.
--Only one person per table should be in line to sign up your table.
--You must have ready on this sheet of paper the names of the 5 couples (total of ten
persons per table) who will be sitting at your table. (You just need the Sallies grad’s
name, not their date’s name!)
-- Some tables will be taken down after dinner to make room for dancing and Prom
Activities, so it’s its first come, first serve when picking out your tables.
--You must have the signatures of each grad sitting at the table on the sheet you
hand in, so that there will be no confusion that night as to who wants to sit at which
table.
--There will be no changes made to table assignments after this date and you cannot
change tables that night!
--Let me know when you sign up whether each person wants filet mignon or crab
cakes, and if anyone at your table will need a vegetarian meal or if anyone has
allergies at your table.
