Competitive Program - September 2015-June 2016
Sessions begin on Monday September 14
Level 1 (BCIII group):
This program is designed for young swimmers (10 and under) who are new to swimming and wish to learn more of the basic fundamentals of stroke techniques, starts and turns and begin to focus on endurance. Swimmers from this group do not participate in competitions .
Number of practices per week: Tuesday and Thursday 6-7pm and Saturday 8:00-9:00am
(Total 3hrs per week) Cost: $525
Level 1 (BCIII group):
This program is designed for young swimmers (10 and under) who have winter competitive swimming experience. Swimmers will work on basic fundamentals of stroke techniques, starts and turns and focus on endurance. Swimmers from this group participate in competitions (minimum 4).
Number of practices per week: Tuesday and Thursday 6-7:00pm and Saturday 8:00-9:00am
(Total 3hrs per week) Cost: $ 525 + $175 competition fees
Level 2 (BCII group):
This program is designed for young swimmers (12 years old and under) who have winter competitive swimming experience. Focus is on basic fundamentals of stroke techniques, starts and turns and endurance. Participate in competitions (minimum 4)
Number of practices per week: Monday and Wednesday, 6:00-7:30pm and Saturday 8:30-10:00am
(Total 4.5h per week) Cost: $ 600 + $200 competition fees
Age Group (BCI group):
This program is designed to meet the needs of 13+ olds and who come from the Level 2 program or new swimmers who have some swimming experience and have their A-AA-AAA qualifications or are working to achieve them. Practices focus on endurance, strength, speed. Swimmers will participate at local meets and provincial competitions.

Monday to Thursday 5:30-7:30pm and Saturday 8:30-10:00am
Cost $975 + $200 competition fees
OR
(Total 5.5 hours per week)
Monday and Wednesday 5:30-7:30pm and Saturday 8:30-10:00
Cost $650 + $200 competition fees
Masters:
This group of swimmers is for adults of all ages, novices or experienced, who want to follow a program that focuses on achieving individual goals. There are no competitions.

*Option 1: 1 x 1.5hrs per week
*Option 2: 3 x 1.5hrs per week
Tuesday, Friday 6-7:30pm and Sunday 9-10:30am

All competitive groups require an $80 deposit, refundable after serving as volunteer at 2 NAA or provincial swim meets. There will be a fee of $50 for non-Dorval residents.
