Division of Neonatology Academic Faculty Position Available Fellowship Training Program Hypothermia and ECMO Programs Neonatal Follow-up Program Basic and Clinical Research Opportunities Teaching Join a Faculty of 6 Neonatologists Located in “The River City” of Richmond Virginia Position Available: Appointment commensurate with experience Candidates should hold an MD/DO degree and be board-certified in Pediatrics and board-eligible/certified in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine. We seek an academic Neonatologist to join our system and participate in research, teaching and clinical care. The Division is comprised of six full-time neonatologists, has an active Fellowship Program, and serves the newly designed 40 single room Children’s Hospital of Richmond Level III Neonatal ICU. The NICU is the only referral NICU in a region of 36,000 deliveries, and is also the area’s ECMO center. Members of the Division of Neonatology have conducted laboratory and clinical research for over thirty years. The Division faculty are active in pulmonary, vascular, and microbiome developmental research with ample research facilities and protected research time. Additionally, there is interest to expand clinical leadership in Neonatal Follow-up, ECMO and pulmonary management.
