Examination of documents under the import and the export L/C’s .
Amendments under all the trade finance instruments.
Responsible for ensuring that all transactions are effected under appropriate approvals and in
strict conformity and compliance with bank's policies and procedures, ICC / UCP regulations and
local market practice / regulatory requirements for all types of documentary credits in order to
achieve error free quality standards of service and ensure satisfactory audit ratings.
- Provide value added consultative trade finance service / advice to the various business groups
(Corporate – Retail – SME customers and business teams).
- Conduct root cause analysis for occurring problems in process, suggest corrective action and
recommend changes to policies and procedures for work simplification/ process rationalization.
- Operates in an intense and dynamic environment characterized by complex regulatory
requirements, with fluctuating volumes of work.

Ensure that daily / weekly / monthly / quarterly statistics forwarded to the Central Bank of Egypt / Head
Office / Ministry of Foreign Trade and other finance and control authorities.
- Review and approve operating procedure to simplify work flows and to insure that they are standardized,
