SPECIALTY REGISTRAR

SPECIAL INTEREST POST IN INTERVENTIONAL RADIOLOGY

Applications are invited for the above post, which offers 1 or 2 years of special interest training in Interventional Radiology and will lead to the certificate of completion of training (CCT). Applicants must currently be on a Specialist Training or Specialty

Registrar Programme, hold a National Training Number and have completed 4 years of general training approved by the Royal College of Radiologists and PMETB. FRCR is desirable, but not essential.

INTERVENTIONAL RADIOLOGY

The Interventional Radiology special interest post will offer modular rotations to the

Departments of Radiology at Glasgow Royal Infirmary, Gartnavel General Hospital, and

South Glasgow Hospitals, followed by a period of flexibility to meet the trainee’s needs and interests.
