JOB PURPOSE

The jobholder supports the Product Management Team in the coordination and management during all necessary steps of a product life cycle, e.g. assortment handling, product packaging development,
Archiving, creating statistics and presentations etc.
MAIN DUTIES
1. PRODUCT LIFE CYCLE - PROCESS
The jobholder supports the PM Team along all steps of the product life cycle:
Trend research, product briefings and innovation processes
P urchase process of external products (e.g. information acquisition, …)
Development and implementation of pricing and quantity allocation proposals
Development and implementation of promotional activities (e.g. product of the month, set offerings, bracelet promotion, …)
Communication and cooperation with all relevant internal and external interfaces
Analysis and monitoring assortment performance in regards to sales, margins and profit
Definition and execution of measures for optimization of assortment performance
Actualization of data in all related systems/overviews

2. PRODUCT PACKAGING DEVELOPMENT
Analysis of packaging status quo
Benchmark analysis of competitors
Re-development of all product related packaging materials
Implementation of packaging related processes
3. INDUSTRY AND MARKET KNOW HOW
Prepares market analysis and benchmarking analysis
Prepares reports on trends, etc.
4. PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Support of cross-business marketing activities and collaborations
Evaluate and support customer specific events
5. MANAGEMENT OF INTERFACES:
Collaboration with a wide variety of functional areas such as Trend, Design, Sourcing,
Communications, VM, PR, e-commerce, Operations, VGs, HK HUB and external partners and suppliers
Support in the communication with external design partners and suppliers in order to secure an efficient purchase and development process
Supply the results of communication and PR activities to design partners and VGs

2. Number of SKUs: ca. 235 SKUs
3. Number of external interfaces: about 25 design partners; about 20 VG contacts
JOBHOLDER REQUIREMENTS
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS: Bachelors Degree
YEARS OF EXPERIENCE: Less than 2 years – entry level
LANGUAGE SKILLS: Local Language + English (if English not local)

Within finalization phase of Masters Degree (BWL; IWW, or similar)
Work experience in international environment (or university year abroad)
