2 day Mapping Patient Pathways Training
Course summary:
This two-day course covers all aspects of the development of the care pathway journey/ patient pathway including
preparation for, and design of, activity-based process mapping workshops and specific facilitation and capture
techniques. Practical workshop exercises develop the skills required to organize and facilitate effective care
pathway activity-based process mapping workshops, delivering tangible and measurable service improvement and
re-design. Training and workshops cover the skills required to use live electronic mapping to capture and share
process, outcome and performance. The course includes a complimentary single-user version of the Nimbus
Pathway process mapping and performance management software. We strongly advise attending the one-day
Care Pathway Foundation Course prior to this course. Courses can also be provided in-house and tailored to meet
your local needs.
