Activities will be carried out from the 01/04/2013 to 01/04/2014, randomly (Times by Times).
Frequency :
The frequency used will be the 27525 + / - 10.
Ranking :
A ranking will be done at the outcome of the challenge after 01/04/2014, it will be calculated
as follows :
A maximum of IWI contacted.
For a tie, the tie will be the sum of the incremental received during the Challenge.
Station with the lowest total will make the difference, but only for stations equalities.
QSL card and Awards:
Made a QSL card will be for the event, it will be for all the IWI
To receive QSL be contacted at least one IWI
The station has contacted all IWI will receive an « Award ».
The top 3 ranking all groups receive a cut.
