We are a ‘one-stop’ company that offers a variety of marketing and
planning services but our signature creative and unique platform is our
most commonly purchased service since incorporating it into the
business. The annual fee is $500 and must be received before
proceeding. That is it! Get a variety of marketing, promotional &
advertisement and event planning services in one shot for one whole
year. Separate products and/or services such as a logo, promotional
material or items, engines or memberships, may have a fee that you
will be responsible for but being on the platform allows you to receive
a discount with our selected vendors.
We aim to build lasting relationships with our clients that last for many
years to come. We always ask the question “Can we do anything to
make things even better for you?” and always keep you, the client, in
the forefront, which is why all on the platform receive customized
plans and services.

expenses are the responsibility of the client, although CL3 assist with
attaining funding from sponsors and/or funding outlets who support
workshops etc. CL3 does not charge those on the platform for any event
planning services but does earn 20% commission from profits of paid and
unpaid engagements. Profits meaning after all event expenses are paid.)

Those on our platform are considered Barter Exchange (BE)
Volunteers when participating in an event we plan or an associate.
BE’s do not register for events they participate in but work for a
complimentary pass and can participate in paid classes of other
participants in the event on a space-available basis when not fulfilling
their assigned duties. Presenters are matched according to the
relevance of their topic(s) of discussion to the overall theme of the
event.
BE Volunteers are responsible for their own travel, lodging and meal
expenses. CL3 Agency does offer a ‘back-end split’ amongst all
speakers and/or facilitators and 100% of the earnings from product
sales. If attained sponsorship or registration fees allow for CL3 to
cover travel, lodging and meals for participating expert(s), payment
may or may not be paid prior to the event, however payment will be
sent within 30 days from last day of the event.
