
Individually responsible for redesigning a ticketing system which would assist the online help desk(staff) to
log their activities/queries received on phone call, email or in person.

The web interface even allowed linking of emails and other correspondence with a ticket to give better
insight of the ticket history.


Software Developer: Arraycom India Ltd., Vadodara, India (April 2006 – Nov 2007)

Involved in a team of developing software for monitoring & control (M&C) of various equipments used for
satellite based transmission at various earth stations. All the equipments are monitored under a single
screen as well as controlled as required. Communication with equipments did take place on (virtual) serial
communication ports of (server) computer in parallel fashion.


Received training from a private firm Rishabh Software Pvt. Ltd. (RSPL) that provides Software
Outsourcing and Technical Consultancy to clients, nationwide. RSPL is a certified ISO 9001:2000 Software
Development Off-shoring and Outsourcing Enterprise, since 1999.

Trained hands on ASP .NET 2.0, Client-side scripting (JavaScript), HTML, CSS/Themes and SDLC.
Assigned to work on (design, implementation and review of) Web-based Intranet Portal which was
proposed to automate all the major activities of RSPL.

The major activities included design of an interface for planning a project, tracking it and maintaining a
version control of the developed software. Though the scope of the project was not limited to the activities
concerned with technical projects, it also included designing portal to handle the activities of the Human
Resources department, such as Recruitment process, Activity Calendar.

utilizing computation capabilities of all the processors available in a multi core system.
