PROJECTS:
Fujifilm Retail Photo Printing Software: This project involved designing, developing,
maintaining, and testing retail software for customer and employee kiosks that can be seen at
many Walmart, Sam’s Club, and Walgreens stores. I worked on a team using Scrum to develop
software that included forwarding orders up a chain to be processed. The developing
environment involved virtual machines running Visual Studio where I programmed in mainly C#,
using the .NET frameworks. There was also downtime to look into newer technologies that
could be leveraged in future designs and implementations (node, asp.net, etc.).
Securesync Web UI: This project was for Spectracom/Orolia. I worked in a somewhat isolated
atmosphere developing a web UI for a product called the “Securesync” which is a modular
device for synchronizing critical operations and doing precise time stamping. I used the
CakePHP web framework to interface with the product’s timing system so users can easily
access and change options on the device remotely.
