Description:
Lambda DNA was completely digested by Eco130I, phenol extracted, ethanol precipitated and
dissolved in 10mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.6) and 1mM EDTA. The marker yields the following 11 discrete
fragments (in base pairs): 19329, 7743, 6223, 4254, 3472, 2690, 1882, 1489, 925, 421, 74.
Storage Buffer: 10mM Tris-HCl, pH 7.6. 1mM EDTA
6 x loading buffer: 60% Glycerol, 0.09% bromophenol blue, 0.09% xylene cyanol FF and 60mM
EDTA.
Concentration: 0.05mg DNA/ml

Agarose gel electrophoretric analysis of homogeneity of Eco130I fragmentation patterns.
Recommendations for use
 Vortex gently just prior to use.
 Prepare DNA Marker, 15, before loading as following:
1ul (0.5ug) of Marker, 15
1ul of 6xLoading Dye Solution
4ul of deionized water.
 The cohesive ends of he 12nt cos site of bacteriophage  from fragments of 19329 bp and 4254 bp
may anneal and form an additional band at 23583 bp. These fragments may be separated by
heating at 65OC for 5min and then cooling on ice for 3min.
 Apply 0.1ug (0.2ul ) of DNA Marker, 15, per 1mm of agarose gel lane width.
 Following electrophoretic separation the DNA bands can be visualized by ethidium bromide
staining.
